In addition to the support team here in Reno we've enhanced our online help solutions - Plus-we've made it accessible without the need to access Toolkit.  This opens it up for everyone. Agents, support staff, etc..

For those of you that may prefer to research solutions to common problems on your own first, rather than call for assistance (mostly men we're told), this is right up your alley.

Fir the rest of you, we wanted a resource that might help provide answers when our staff is not available (24x7x360).

As an added plus, we recognize that many of you can answer others questions and you are happy to offer tips and suggestion.

Check out the new ZEN Help Desk.  Don't you just love the name!    Just saying it helps calm otherwise stressful situations.

You should be able to access the help desk via the links contained in this email message. You may need to press the Ctrl key when you click on the link.

You can also get there from the A2SCafe or Toolkit Resource center.

Once you get there, we suggest you bookmark the link for faster access in the future.

How does the new Help Desk work? 

Have a Question? Search for an answer in the Knowledge Base.

 Have an Answer?  Give someone a helping hand and post the answer in the Knowledge Base.  

Need Help? Submit a Request for assistance. If you do, you can view the status of your Exisitng Requests at any time. You can also send an S.O.S to Support@Assist2Sell.zendesk.com

 

ü  The Help Desk is available for ALL Toolkit and A2SCafe users via the HELP tab (Toolkit) or the HELP DESK tab (A2SCafe).

ü  NO LOGIN is needed to access Help Desk - You can search the ‘general’ KNOWLEDGE BASE immediately upon entering.

ü If you would like to Submit a Help Request, Create a New Knowledge Base Topic OR Post a Comment to an existing Knowledge Base Topic – You will be required to Sign up so you can submit and track your requests online.
