I have been a licensed Realtor since 1995, and owner of Assist 2 Sell since July 2002.  In fact, my partners and I opened the first Assist 2 Sell office in the entire St. Louis area.  Since then there are 17 other offices in the Greater St. Louis Area.

Back in 2002, I could see that the real estate market was changing.  Back in those days, the market was very HOT, and sellers were demanding choices when hiring a real-estate company to sell their homes.  At that time, most real-estate companies were all doing and charging pretty much the same thing.  Consumers couldn't understand why they had to pay high commissions to sell their home.

The real estate market WILL come back, and when it does, prices will again go up.
