The recent buyers of homes for sale in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas like Richardson are having secret parties to swap stories of deeply disocunted homes and celebrating the immediate equity that many of them are realizing.  In a way, everyone is invited to the parties, but so many area residents and families relocating to the area don't seem to understand how much fun they are.  Recently, Chris a North Dallas resident purchased a house for $300,000 that in 2005 would have easily sold for $415,000.  Shawn is about to close on a home near White Rock Lake that he's getting for nearly $80,000 under value and once he's completed his planned renovatoins, will likely net him over $100,000 in equity.
